What did Actualyse do, and what result is published?
Actualyse delivered UX/UI, website design and development for Lanteria HR. Result: A clear, structured website that helps buyers understand the platform, find the capabilities relevant to them and move confidently towards a demo.
Lanteria HR develops B2B HR software for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. The platform spans core HR, recruitment and onboarding, employee records, compensation, reporting, time and attendance, performance, self-service and learning for organisations across several industries. The website had to turn that depth into an ordered experience for a buying group that includes HR, IT, finance and executive leaders. The central design and build challenge was to make a technically detailed offer easy to navigate without flattening the distinctions between modules, use cases, integrations and support.
The homepage makes the core proposition immediate: Lanteria is an HR platform designed for organisations already working in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. From there, the navigation opens the full platform in distinct routes for core HR, hiring and onboarding, employee data and reporting, time and attendance, employee experience and performance, and learning and development. Buyers can enter through the capability they need without losing sight of the wider system.
Dedicated solution paths organise the offer by industry and stakeholder, giving executive, finance, HR and IT audiences content framed around their priorities. Comparison pages, customer stories, testimonials, security, integrations, customisation, pricing and customer service content answer the questions that shape a considered software decision.
Individual product pages give capabilities such as applicant tracking, onboarding, compensation, reporting, leave, reviews, self-service and digital learning a focused place in the journey. The resource and support sections bring together the blog, case studies, data sheets, eBooks, reports, white papers, glossary, webinars, help centre and release notes, while consistent demo calls to action keep the next step close.
